We are pioneers in Ecuador since 2015, caring for and protecting the environment, through the recycling of used tires, our shredding processes consist of recovering the main raw materials of the tire, the dust of rubber in different granulometries, steel and nylon.
PRONEUMACOSA is an environmental manager authorized by the Ministerio del Ambiente, Agua y Transición Ecológica del Ecuador, we have all the necessary permits to carry out the comprehensive management of NFU (Tires Out of Use).
Our installed capacity is 2 tons of NFU per hour, thus we collaborate with the reduction of global warming, since a tire emits an estimated 4,000 toxins that are harmful to health, in addition, it takes around 500 years to degrade.
We have the competitive advantage of delivering excellent quality products, clean of impurities, to clients both in Ecuador and abroad, that is, we produce rubber in large quantities.
